Cancelling your appointment

Full refunds are given if your cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the start of your reservation (applies to: training, dog walks, pet sitting, Reverse Board & Train, or Community Daycare) If your cancellation is made within that 48 Hour window 50% will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for same day cancellations. Community Daycare and Training packages can be terminated at any time, however, since they are final sale, no refunds will be given. Cancellation fees must be paid prior to receiving any services.  We reserve the right to cancel a reservation and to refuse any customer we deem unsuitable or that puts ourselves or our clients in jeopardy. 

24 Hour Policy

In an effort to improve our services, and in an attempt to ensure timely care of all clients, the following cancellation policy will be implemented as of July 16th, 2017.  All appointments made will be confirmed 1 day in advance to improve scheduling and quality of service.  


If you wish to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, please call us at least 24 -hours prior to your scheduled appointment at Santa Monica Paws in Marina del Rey peninsula location.  A cancellation fee of $30.00  will be applied if you fail to cancel or show up for any service appointment.


Please attempt to show up on the day of your appointment in a timely manner, so we can provide improved service for you and other patrons.  On another note, pet boarding in Playa Vista is in full gear and booking quickly. Please use our online booking to schedule your next appointment to guarantee your booking to avoid last minute inconvenience fees. We now offer pet daycare in Playa Vista.
